Stations, one from my living room and another smaller one I take Have two laptops that I use to connect remotely to the desktop Neither of these is impacted by this teamviewer notice. Main shack in the basement, and the second station in my den. I have two desktop locations for my two ham stations, one in my Luck, I've been trying for nearly 6 months to get this resolved. I've only been using this Windows Remote a few days and see that many people have this problem, it apparently began with a recent Windows 10 Update so is a known problem to Microsoft, but there doesn't seem to be a fix yet. It doesn't actually log off the remote and the display desktop is still visible, just the physically attached screen is locked to your logon screen. There is one bug that is annoying but not a show stopper, and that is that when you connect to your remote location, that physical remote screen (not the computer, just the screen) becomes locked, requiring you to log back in when you go to the actual computer to use it. The screen looks almost identical to teamviewer and I can do pretty much everything teamviewer does. It's a little more difficult to set up than teamviewer but once set up, seems to be working pretty good. But since I prefer using my bigger laptop, another alternative I'm experimenting with is using Windows Remote Connection. Meanwhile, I don't bother using the one laptop that gets flagged as being "suspected of commercial use". Being a German company they apparently don't subscribe to the "innocent until proven guilty" concept. They can't or won't tell me what it is they see that says I AM doing commercial work, only that is "suspected". They keep saying they see nothing that says I'm NOT doing commercial work. I have submitted various forms and teamviewer system logs that they've asked for. All of these computers are on my same in-home LAN, never had any commercial use at all (I'm retired), never connected to any other computers, strictly for radio remote control. Only one of these laptops gets the "commercial use detected" notification. I also have two laptops that I use to connect remotely to the desktop stations, one from my living room and another smaller one I take out on the front porch to enjoy the weather. I have two desktop locations for my two ham stations, one in my main shack in the basement, and the second station in my den. Good Luck, I've been trying for nearly 6 months to get this resolved.
